Favorite Physical Exercises to Boost Your Wellness

What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

Generally any form, of exercise or other kind or form, therefore visual, but in fact not only “at sight”, must be in accordance with performer ‘s physical, mental and spiritual reality and realm. In my case, I like “Martial Arts”, (True Martial Arts, meaning not sportiv or competitive), being a former teacher, as well as working with wood and metals, both artistic and useful manners. I would love to know how to design “caricature”, but unfortunately, I can’t do it as I wish, (for now…). [I couldn’t even try a singing exercise, :) for obvious resasons].

Any “complete exercise” must be completely in accordance with the performer. Being, or trying to be a true martial art’s artist, it is a must to be naturally and personally aware, therefore accept life and possible, but ultimately inevitable, physical dead. Yet, all practice must generally follow physical, mental and spiritual realms and reality, in accordance with a truthfull personality and behavior. [Study anatomy “by the book”, mental and spiritual by “no book”, either than yours].

True art relies within being not in the art itself.
